zeb//control with certified interface to SAP

The controlling and risk management software now has a certified interface to SAP and, thus, allows banks to fully integrate the two software systems.

zeb/, the leading management and IT consultancy for financial service providers, has again significantly enhanced the functionality of its bank management software zeb//control. This controlling and risk management software now has a certified interface to SAP and, thus, allows banks to fully integrate the two software systems. They are networked by the generic interface OpenHub2zeb developed by zeb/ that received SAP's official seal of approval for use with SAP NetWeaver 7.0 or higher at the end of July.

OpenHub2zeb uses the SAP Open Hub Service for accessing the SAP system. The Open Hub Service is the official interface provided for extracting data from SAP. Within the SAP system, the data to be exported to an external system can be loaded to a prepared Open Hub destination. OpenHub2zeb extracts the data from this Open Hub destination and makes them available on the data platform of zeb//control.

Thanks to this certification, banks that use SAP NetWeaver 7.0 or higher as their core banking system and have a SAP Business Information Warehouse or Bank Analyzer can establish a direct link to the zeb/credit.risk-manager or other products from the zeb//control family. OpenHub2zeb received the certificate "SAP Certified - Integration with SAP NetWeaver" and is listed in the SAP Partner and Product Directory.
