• A web client is provided for decentralised market sector planning. It enables simplified central planning, multi-level top-down processes, bottom-up market segment planning and matching in a counter-stream approach.
• The budget is drafted on a process-driven basis. The planning phases are individually defined and the process is tracked by the application.
• Planning values can be automatically specified or manually entered - either at overall bank or strategic business unit levels, and distributed among the subordinated organisational units.
• Precise new business planning takes existing business, prolongations and new business into account on the basis of cash flows.
