A sound, integrated database is at the heart of bank-wide management. In practice, the establishment of a central data pool constitutes a complex implementation task that raises high requirements for functional areas and organisation/IT units. zeb//control data management allows you to tackle this task by relying on time-tested concepts for data consolidation. With the data warehouse, a comprehensive database with far-reaching functionalities is available to you. It covers all the processing steps required for data consolidation. Specifically, zeb//control data management supports you with the following functionalities:
The individually configurable reference model for data and configuration covers all the elements of bank-wide management. The reference model can serve as a starting point for fast implementation and is adapted and/or expanded during customisation – in line with the bank's business model.
Data and data quality requirements are input in line with specific needs and automatically used in building the ETL process. The structured storage and processing of data allows you to analyse the earnings structures of your bank in great detail.
In addition, you can integrate data from diverse bank-specific feeder systems (cost accounting, personnel management, etc.) so that you get a comprehensive internal controlling database.
Automated interfaces allow you to transfer all the data required, import them into the system and compute them in line with the relevant methods. The broad range of automated interfaces ensures the rapid establishment of the ETL processes needed for data supply and delivery. Through the tool-based development of ETL jobs, additional customised interfaces are created efficiently.

zeb//control data integration allows you to manage ETL jobs in an easy-to-use web frontend.
Variables can be supplied to each job in a set of jobs. If appropriate, jobs may also inherit variables from a previous job.
For the jobs currently processed, the estimated duration of job favourites is calculated and displayed. Thus, the user can see how long a job will take.
You can analyse each job and its sub-jobs in detail. The current status and progress of each job is shown in a clear overview.
The drill-down function allows you to analyse long jobs in greater detail - you can go down to the bottom level of a job.
You can put together a new job favourite simply by dragging and dropping all the jobs to be executed - you can then start the new favourite.
Do you need further information or are you interested in using zeb//control data management in your bank? We would be pleased to arrange a meeting at your office to present all the functionalities of zeb//control data management and discuss its application in your bank.
